GradeOS · Founder Beta

Welcome, your team.

Your grading OS is pre-configured from our pilot conversation — your rubric, your defect language, your marketplaces, and a live bench station are already wired. Walk each step to confirm or tweak. Nothing to set up cold.

Built for you ahead of today by the GradeOS founding team. Every step below is editable — this is your configuration, not a template.

We work into your process.
Not over it.

Three quick steps for everyone. Two more if you're at enterprise scale. Each one configures GradeOS to fit your shop — your rubric, your workflow, your tools. Skip anything; come back later from your account.

Map your policy — any format.

We don't presume to know your grading flow. Paste the policy you already run — we'll turn it into the model's vocabulary, your buyers' labels, your terms. Or build it by hand below.

These words become the AI's voice. Whatever you map here is exactly the language the model grades in — on Device Passports, reports and the API. Not generic A/B/C: your terms.

Defect taxonomy.

Your defect vocabulary. The AI inspects photos looking for these exact categories — and your buyers see these exact words on every Device Passport.

How these are used
1 The vision model tags every finding with one of your categories — nothing invented.
2 Passports & reports group damage under them, in your language.
3 Keep them short & specific — one defect type each: screen_crack, frame_dent, battery_swollen, charge_port_loose.
Use snake_case for IDs; spaces ok. Press Enter or comma to add.

Where we plug in.

Where in your existing pipeline does grading happen, and who signs off? This sets the default behavior — every device can still be overridden.

Hardware · grading stations

Stand up your stations.

A grading station = one camera at a bench + (optionally) a USB-connected computer for device diagnostics. The operator console shows all stations as a live video grid. Loading seat info…

How many stations are you deploying today?

Don't worry — you can add or remove stations any time from the console. Pre-naming them here just generates a printable Setup Kit you can walk to each bench.

Name each station

Whatever your operators will recognize. Examples: "Bench 1", "QA Backroom", "Receiving Dock".

When you click "Provision":
  1. Each station is created with a 6-digit pair code (valid 24h)
  2. You'll see a printable Setup Kit — one card per station with QR code + install command
  3. Walk one card to each bench; the operator there scans the QR to bring it online
  4. Once online, the camera streams live to the operator console

Connect a customer-issued provider API key, or import an authorized CSV, TSV, XLSX, JSON, XML, or ZIP export. GradeOS learns the schema, previews every change, and never asks for your incumbent password or calls undocumented endpoints.
